2023 New Zealand Club Relay Championships

Welcome to the 2023 NZ Cross Country Relay Championships.

This entry form is to be completed by the TEAM MANAGER. The contact details that are entered by the person completing this registration form will be used for all communication about this event. Please make sure all contact details are correct. 

Please read the below information before completing the entry form. Once read select the ‘Register Now’ button above to complete registration. 

• Each team to have a maximum of ONE team manager per team. A person can manage multiple teams but we only allow ONE manager as the main contact per team entry. If you are in charge of multiple teams, you will need to complete a separate registration form for each team entry.
• Team Manager - YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW RACE DAY EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION FOR ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR TEAM (EMERGENCY CONTACTS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER)
• To be able to complete this entry form you will need to know the following information for each team member; First & Last name / Gender / Date Of Birth. (Each team must have 2x Female runners and 2x Male runners.)

Registrations Close - 5pm 20th July. Late entries will be accepted until the 23rd July 10pm with an additional $25 fee.

Mixed Cross Country Relay

Championship relay event will be held over a distance of 8km (consisting of 4 laps of 2km), each team comprising two male and two female Athletics NZ competition registered participants from the same Athletics NZ club, running in the order male/female/male/female in one of the respective grades. Teams and running order must be finalised and submitted at the registration marquee by 8am Sunday 30 July 2023.

Non Championship relay event will be held over a distance of 8km (consisting of 4 laps of 2km), each team comprising two male and two participants from any combination of Athletics NZ club(s) competition registered or social, Sporting Club(s), Social Groups or Corporates running in any order. Participants must be aged 13 years and above by 31 December 2023.Teams and running order must be finalised and submitted at the registration marquee by 9am Sunday 30 July 2023.
