About The Event

EVENT DATE: Sunday 19th January

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all Little Athletics financial members aged Under 6 to Under 17 in the 24/25 season.

ENTRY FEE: $7.50 per event. Maximum of 4 events for each athlete.

EVENTS OFFERED: Please refer to event matrix. Please note U15/16 & 17s are competing as one age group U17s for most events except hurdles & Boys SP/Discus. U13s/14s will compete as one age group for the 1500m walk.

ENTRIES CLOSE: SUNDAY 5TH JANUARY 2025 (11.59pm)

NO Late entries will be accepted. NO Refunds will be processed. PROGRAM will be released once we have an idea of registration numbers.

Track event Capacity is capped at 24 athletes per event & Field Events are capped at 20 athletes per Event, once event capacity has been reached the event will be closed.

ENTRY: Members will be required to use their Gameday account email & password to register. Please use prompts on the login page to reset your password if you cannot remember it.

MULTICLASS: Multiclass athletes have the option of entering the able body category and enter as per the link above. Alternatively, if you would like to enter a multiclass category, please email whittleseacity@lavic.com.au with your entry requests.

UNIFORM: Centre Uniform with Coles patch and Commonwealth Bank registration tag must be worn.

SPIKES: Allowed for under 11-17 (max 7mm & 9mm for high jump & Javelin)

AWARDS: The first three placegetters in each Field & Timed Final event will receive a medal.

All other competitors will receive a ribbon for their performance.

(NO PROTESTS will be allowed; the result will be the referees decision.

MARSHALLING: All athletes MUST report directly to the event area 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of the event.

CLASH OF EVENTS: Track events take priority. If you have a clash between a track and a field event, please report to the field event and advise the chief of the clash, go to track event and then return to the field event immediately after.

OFFICIALS: DUTY IS COMPULSARY FOR PARENTS OF COMPETING WCLAC ATHLETES.

Centres are required to provide one parent helper per 5 athletes entered. We welcome experienced chiefs to volunteer from any Centre.
