Baseball NSW is proud to announce we are bringing a school holiday camps to the Ryde district. We will be holding a two-day Tee Ball camp on the 22nd and 23rd of April. The camp will run out of Oakleigh Reserve the home of the Thornleigh Baseball Club.
This camp is part of Baseball NSW’s plan to bring regional camps to the Greater Sydney area in 2025.
Throughout the camp all players will work on baserunning/ fielding/ hitting/ and pitching (for baseball camp only). Use this as an opportunity to learn new skills or sharpen your already existing skills as the new summer season gets into full swing. The Teeball camp is for players aged 6-8 years old.
There will be a front desk set up at the field and all parents are asked to sign their children into the camp upon arrival and sign their children out of the camp upon collection. All camp attendees will receive a Baseball New South Wales tee shirt upon arrival on the first day of camp.
The Teeball Camp costs $137.00 inc GST
The Tee Ball camp will have a small 15min recess each day, and the Baseball Camp will have a 15 min recess and a 30 min lunch. There will be no canteen open during the camp, so we ask the parents to please pack food for the child to take with them. Baseball NSW will provide a cooler with water bottles for any children that forget their own, there will also be access to taps to refill the children’s bottles. Sunscreen will also be provided by Baseball New South Wales on the day, to keep the players sun safe.
