The 2025 Duathlon, hosted by the Auckland City Triathlon Club

Welcome to the 15th edition of the Auckland Duathlon hosted by the Auckland City Triathlon Club. This event is perfect for fist timers as well as seasoned regulars with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, racing on closed roads.

Options for both road bikes and open bikes (MTB/City Bikes), individuals, teams and Para athlete classifications, the Auckland Duathlon events are draft legal with no tri bikes or aerobars permitted on race day.

The run course makes the most of the fabulous flat and scenic Coastal walkways.  The ride uses the quiet surrounding roads thanks to the host community of Mangere Bridge.

This is the second year where we host the event from the Manukau Yacht and Motor Boat Club, which is only 16kms from downtown Auckland and 8.5kms from the Auckland airport.

Entries are now live via GameDay from the links on this page, with seperate items available for both Adult and Junior events.

Age for race entry is taken from the 31st of December 2025. For example, if you are 14 on the 31st of December 2025, you will need to enter the under 16 race category.
