2025 GLAC - Cross-Country Program

GLAC welcomes Little Athletics Members to register to participate in the Geelong Winter/Cross-Country Program for 2025.

Program events are conducted in and around the Geelong region for age groups and distances listed below:

• U6 Boys & Girls - 500m

• U7- U8 Boys & Girls - 1000m

• U9 - U10 Boys & Girls - 1500m

• U11 - U12 Boys & Girls - 2000m

• U13-U17 Boys & Girls - 3000m

Important - Registration via this event portal is only available if you have previously paid an LAVic registration and insurance fee of either $89 (Full season) or $55 (winter season only). The LAVic registration and insurance fee must have been paid before you attend competition / training. If you are yet to pay this fee, please do so here first prior to paying the program fee.

Cross Country Program Fee:

$40 per participating athlete. Members of the same family account (email) can be registered within the same transaction.

IMPORTANT: As a courtesy to event organisers: if you have registered after 5pm prior to a round of XC - you must provide a copy of your receipt as evidence of payment as final athlete lists will have already been prepared.

All LAVic Members are required to wear both their Commonwealth Bank registration bib and Coles badge during each competition round as part of the State and National Sponsorship agreements. You will be asked to provide your Commonwealth Bank registration number during the application process.

If you are not sure of your Commonwealth Bank bib number, please refer to either the number under the barcode on your registration bib or the initial initial registration payment receipt, which also includes the number (receipt example below)

*Events in italics are for the U9-U17 age groups only and require additional entry fees.

Members of 'other' Centres (not GLAC) will be required to confirm their Centre name and provide their registration bib number (this is the number on your Commonwealth Bank registration patch, during the registration process). Your bib number can also be found in your registration receipt for the 24/25 season.
