Age of eligibility to compete:
Subject to performance ability, the youngest competitor allowed to compete in Senior/Open Events must be aged 16 on 31 December 2025. In Under 20, Under 18 and Para events the youngest competitor must be aged 15 on 31 December 2025. In the Boys and Girls short hurdles the youngest competitor must be aged 13 on 31 December, 2025. In the Schools events the NZSSAA age rules apply. Competitors must be aged 13 to 19 on 31 December 2025.

Secondary School entries for the schools 1500m must be made via your school and are $5 per athlete - see schools races entry form.
4x400m Mixed Relay (Club/School/Masters 50+ Teams) - for this event entries must be made via your school or club - entry fee for each team is $5. See relays entry form
ALL THROWS events with the exception of Para athletes, will use SENIOR implements (Para athletes use their respective weight).
Javelin and Hammer are limited entry events for 6 men and 6 women. Numbers will be edited by ranking.
Athletes may only enter one age group across all events.

When asked for your Club Name (Team Name = Club Name) you MUST enter it exactly as it is shown on the list called Club Codes & Names.
If your club is not listed here, please enter Other for Club Name and then answer the question on the next page.
As this is a seeded meeting you will be asked to enter a seeding time or distance. This must be a season or personal best and must be accurate and entered correctly.
