2026 Colgate Games Team Manager Registration Form

Please use this form to register your team managers for the 2026 Colgate Games.

All team managers must be registered by 11.59pm on Sunday 16 November.

Important information:

• Clubs must appoint one Manager for up to 10 athletes, two Managers for 11 athletes or more. One Manager is to be designated the Senior Manager.

• All team managers must:

  • Be registered with Athletics NZ as either a Community Volunteer, Community Coach, Accredited Coach or Official for the 2025/26 season

  • Complete the World Athletics Safeguarding Course

  • Be police vetted by Athletics NZ within the last 3 years

Team managers who have met all of the above requirements will be provided with a complimentary 3 day pass via email prior to the event.
