24/25 Region / State Relay Team Manager Nomination

Nominations Close: 

Region Carnivals - 11.00am, Wednesday 5th February 2025

Nomination Instructions:

In order to nominate a Team Manager they must hold one of the credentials listed below, these details will be required in order to complete the Team Manager Nomination:

• a valid WWC card

• a valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)

• A registered Victoria Police officer or an Australian Federal Police (AFP) officer

Please use the following prompts to best facilitate your experience, it is recommended you use your personal email to register, this email can be the same as your family profile (if you have financial athletes) as you will be able to create a profile if one has not been created:

• select the recipient below you wish to register as a Team Manager or

• add a 'New Participant" to register the name of a Team Manager not listed below

Childsafe Code of Conduct Document

Team Managers are required to have completed and signed a LAVic childsafe code of conduct document. This can be uploaded during your Team Manager nomination or provided to the Association (childsafe@lavic.com.au) prior to your first Relay event.

State Championship Date / Location:

Saturday 14th December - Meadowglen International Athletics Stadium, Epping.

Please note: this registration portal will open after the Region Carnivals should there be a change to a Team Manager entry for Centres. Previous nominations will be carried over to the State Event.
