Werribee Little Athletics Centre will be hosting an Open Day on the 1st of March 2025. This season is our 55th year. We will be celebrating this achievement with an Open Day followed by a Fireworks Display.
Entry Fee: $7 per event (maximum 4 events). NO refunds under any circumstances unless the event is postponed or cancelled by WLAC.

Location: Victoria University Sports Complex, 235 Hoppers Lane, Hoppers Crossing
Age Groups: U6 – U17 Athletes
Registrations Close: Sunday 16th February 2025, 11:59pm
Please Note: Dogs are NOT permitted within the venue (with the exception of service dogs with the appropriate paperwork).
Event Schedule & Timetables
A provisional timetable will be available after the close of entries.
Entry Requirements
To participate in the 2024/25 Coles Region Track and Field Carnivals an athlete must be a LAVic financial registered competitive member in their correct age group by the closing date and time of entries for the competition.
Event Caps
All field events except High Jump are capped at 20 athletes. High Jump is capped at 16 athletes & limited to 8 jumps per athlete. All Track events except 800m is capped at 24 athletes. 800m is capped at 16 athletes. All track events are ran as timed finals.
Uniform
Centre Uniform with Coles patch and Commonwealth Bank registration tag must be worn. Spikes are allowed for U11-U17 athletes (U11 & U12 are allowed spikes for all laned events, javelin & all jump events)
Awards
The first three placegetters in each Field & Timed Final event will receive a medal. All other competitors will receive a ribbon for their performance. (NO PROTESTS will be allowed; the result will be the referees decision).
Marshalling
All athletes MUST report directly to the event area 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of the event.
Clash of Events
Track events take priority. If you have a clash between a track and a field event, please report to the field event and advise the chief of the clash, go to track event and then return to the field event immediately after.
