25-26 Coles Region Track and Field Carnivals

Entry Details

For all eligible Under 9 - Under 17 athletes. Athletes must be a registered and financial member for season 25-26.

Please login with your account profile (email) to register. This is the same email for your financial registration in season 25-26.

IMPORTANT - *As a condition of entry the athlete must have participated in a minimum of one (1) week of LAVic approved competition prior to the close of entries: 11am - Monday 12th January 2026. Entries will be provisional until this criteria has been met.

Should this condition not be met there is no appeal process to compete at the Region Carnival.

Important: As part of your entry there is prompt for a qualifying standard - this does NOT require completing, please leave blank.

$11.55 per event (standard fee) - Maximum of 5 events

• LAVic Region TF Athlete Entry / Administration Fee - $1.50 per athlete.

• Payment must be made online at time of entry (Paypal / Credit card)

• Competition Fee covers both the Region Carnival & State Championships, if the athletes qualify.

• Entries close - 11am - Monday 12th January 2026. No late entries will be accepted.

• GCR - Edwin Flack Reserve, Berwick

• NCR- Lar Birpa Athletics Complex, Flora Hill

• NMR - Harold Stevens Athletics Track, Coburg North

• SMR - Ross Reserve, Noble Park

• WCR -Brauerander Park, Warrnambool

• WMR - Goldsworthy Reserve, Corio

A. A Summary of Centres and Regions can be found here. Athletes are required to compete at in the Region their Centre is aligned to.

Schedule

Events available and their scheduled day to specific age groups can be found in the horizontal menu option 'Event schedule'.

A draft timetable will be available on each individual Region page after the close of entries. Timetables are modelled on the State Track and Field Championships timetable, events will be held on the same day of the weekend, however the timing can differ and may also alter after the close of entries.

The LAVic Competition Rules and Regulations can be viewed here.

There are minimum performance standards to be eligible to qualify for the State Championships in the Race Walks and High Jump events. Region Track & Field Carnival High Jump, starting heights will be set at 10cm below the State starting heights for each age group. Please refer to the following link: 'High Jump & Walks' for further information.

There are no qualifying times for entry into Region Track & Field Carnivals for Race Walking.
