* Please note due to the quantity of events that the U14, U15, U16 & U17 athletes compete in, their events will be held over 2 days.
Important: As part of your entry there is prompt for a qualifying standard on the product page this does NOT require completing, please leave blank. This event only requires you to be a financial member.

U9, U10, U11, U12: 72 Boys & 72 Girls (each age group)
U13: 54 Boys & 54 Girls
U14: 36 Boys & 36 Girls
U15: 36 Boys & 36 Girls
U16: 24 Boys & 24 Girls
U17: 16 Boys & 16 Girls
Multi-Class* – no entry cap for age categories
*Multi-Class (Para) entries are for athletes who carry a full /provisional classification that has been supplied by Athletics Australia or Sport Inclusion Australia. This category is not for able-bodied athletes.
Entry Fee:
$59.40 per Athlete (includes $1.90 Processing Fee)
$43.39 per Multi-Class Athletes * (includes $1.39 Processing Fee)
The fee above covers entry & admission into the venue for all family members.
*Multi-Class athletes have to hold a provisional or full classification prior to the event.
Payment must be made online at time of entry (Credit card / Apple pay / Google pay/Direct Debit*).
*Direct Debit payments must be made no less than 3 days prior to entries closing in order for the registration payment to be successfully processed.
Refunds:
Refunds for this event will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances on written application to office@lavic.com.au
Timetable:
A draft timetable which will confirm the start time for each age group, is available on the event page.
Confirmation of Entry:
Once your entry is complete you will receive an email receipt - with a summary of the entries included in your transaction. This will include the members name, the event category entered & price paid (including admin).
Event T-Shirt:
A link to purchase will be made available below once it has been released. Event T-shirts are sold via the LAVic shop, these are a commemorative item for the event.
