2026/27 Community Officials: Race Walking Workshop

Community Officials Workshops are designed to introduce parents, volunteers, and emerging officials to officiating roles within Little Athletics, using practical, Centre-focused learning experiences.

These workshops provide flexible learning opportunities that recognise differing interests, confidence levels, and availability.

In the Community Officials: Race Walking Workshop, participants will learn about race walking events and the judging process across multiple levels of the sport. Attendees will have an opportunity to test their learnings by observing a Victorian Race Walking Club event, immediately following the education session.

Led international race walking judge, fresh off her appointments at the Commonwealth Games and World U20 Championships, we are pleased to welcome back to Victoria, Zoe Eastwood-Bryson.

Location: Middle Park Bowls Club

Duration: 9.00am – 1.00pm

Cost: There is no cost to participate in a Community Officials program

Registrations Close: Wednesday 26 August at 11.59am
