2027 Colgate Games Team Manager Registration Form

Please use this form to register your team managers for the 2027 Colgate Games.

All team managers must be registered by 11.59pm on Friday 11 December.

Important information:

• Clubs must appoint one Manager for up to 10 athletes, two Managers for 11 athletes or more. One Manager is to be designated the Senior Manager.

• Standard Team Managers - For those whose role is limited to event administration and communication at the Games

  • Be registered with your club as a Club Volunteer.

  • Complete the World Athletics Safeguarding Course

  • Complete the Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Check and submit this to Athletics New Zealand.

• Higher-Risk Team Managers - For those whose are undertaking additional responsibilities that involve the direct care or supervision of athletes such as travelling with athletes that are not their own children or acting as the primary caregiver when parents or guardians are not present, must:

  • Be registered with your Athletics New Zealand as a Community Volunteer, Community Coach, Accredited Coach or Official.

  • Complete the World Athletics Safeguarding Course

  • Complete the Police Vetting process.

Team managers who have met all of the above requirements will be provided with a complimentary 3 day pass via email prior to the event.
