The Tri Start Program is for both members and non members. It is a seven week training program, with the goal of completing a sprint triathlon at the end of the program.
The Program will include;
- A weekly email from the club providing information and tips to get you started with your first triathlon
- A Monday night coached run session with Sam Keats at the Auckland Domain at 6.15pm
- The Wednesday night coached triathlon specific session with Liam Miller starting at 6.15pm
- The Saturday morning group open water swim at Kohimarama Beach with Vince Sesto and #TeamSesto.
- Entry to a 500m swim at the Kohi Summer Swim Series in order to get you ready to swimming in a competitive swimming environment.
NOTE: You must be able to swim unassisted for at least 100m, and athletes must also pay for entry to the pool when attending training sessions.
