The Tri Start Program is for both members and non members. It is a six week training program, with the goal of completing a sprint triathlon at the end of the program. The program will kick off the 15th February 2026 and finish up 29th of March 2026.The Program will include;- A weekly email from the club providing information and tips to get you started with your first triathlon- A&nbsp;Monday night coached run session with Liam Bird at the Auckland Domain at 6.15pm- The Wednesday night coached triathlon specific session starting at 6.15pm. Details will be confirmed closer to the date, but most likely will be at Parnell Baths for a swim session.- The Saturday morning group open water swim and run at Kohimarama Beach with Vince Sesto and #TeamSesto.- Entry to a 500m swim at the Kohi Summer Swim Series in order to get you ready to swimming in a competitive swimming environment.NOTE: You must be able to swim unassisted for at least 100m, and athletes must also pay for entry to the pool when attending training sessions.Goal Races:The program timing will be perfect training for the Sprint DIstance Race at the Auckland Triathlon Festival: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://raceroster.com/events/2026/112977/auckland-triathlon-festival">https://raceroster.com/events/2026/112977/auckland-triathlon-festival</a>
