Here is your opportunity to learn more & develop your athletics skills for the new season or for those new to the sport the chance to “come and try” Little Athletics and learn new skills & techniques 

JUNIOR SKILLS CLINIC - U9-U11: Rotate Between 3 Events

Rotation of events - Sprints,  Long Jump & Shot put. Each session will approximately be 50mins in duration (snack / recovery break between each session).

9.00am to 12.15pm (Please ensure you arrive by 8.50am,  sign on from 8.30am) 

SENIOR CLINICS - U12-U17: Athletes Choose 1 Event Group (Sprints, Jumps or Throws)

Sprints  with Du'aine Ladejo - UK Olympian & European Gold Medalist 400m

• Session 1 - Short Sprints - 9am to 10.20am
• Session 2 - Long Sprints - 10.50am to 12.10pm

Jumps with Matt Fowler - National Level Coach 

• Session 1 - High Jump - 9am to 10.20am
• Session 2 - Long Jump - 10.50am to 12.10pm

Throws with Sharyn Dickson - National Level Coach 

• Session 1 - Discus - 9am to 10.20am
• Session 2 - Javelin - 10.50am to 12.10pm

Refund Policy: There will be a $10 admin fee for those wanting to withdraw prior to the closing date. There will be no refund after the closing date other than when participants are required to withdraw from the event/course due to illness or not feeling well in the days leading up to the event/course, and/or requiring to self-isolate for COVID-related reasons. Other extenuating circumstances may be considered on an individual basis.
