Here is your opportunity to learn more & develop your athletics skills for the new season or for those new to the sport the chance to “come and try” Little Athletics and learn new skills & techniques 

JUNIOR SKILLS CLINIC - U9-U11 (2023/2024 season): Rotate Between 3 Events

Rotation of events - Sprints,  Long Jump & Shot put. Each session will approximately be 

45 minutes in duration (snack/recovery break between each session).

9.00 am to 12.15 pm (Please ensure you arrive by 8.50 am,  sign on from 8.30 am) 

SENIOR CLINICS - U12-U17: Athletes Choose 1 Event Group (Sprints, Jumps or Throws)

Sprints 

• Session 1 - Short Sprints - 9 am to 10.20 am
• Session 2 - Long Sprints - 10.50 am to 12.10 pm

Jumps 

• Session 1 - High Jump - 9 am to 10.20 am
• Session 2 - Long Jump - 10.50 am to 12.10 pm

Throws

• Session 1 - Discus - 9am to 10.20am
• Session 2 - Javelin - 10.50 am to 12.10 pm

Refund Policy: There will be a $10 admin fee for those wanting to withdraw before the closing date. There will be no refund after the closing date other than when participants are required to withdraw from the event due to illness or not feeling well in the days leading up to the event, and/or required to self-isolate for COVID-related reasons. Other extenuating circumstances may be considered on an individual basis.
