All athletes must familiarise themselves with these rules before submitting their entry.EligibilityYou must be a Athletics New Zealand club registered competitive athlete for the current 2024-2025 season.International athletes can also enter.GradesAge as at 31st December 2025 U16 athletes aged 14 &amp; 15 U18 athletes aged 16 &amp; 17 U20 athletes aged 18 &amp; 19 Senior athletes aged 20 and overPlease note the following: <ul><li>U16 athletes aged 15 as at 31 December 2025, may choose to compete up in U18 but must choose one age grade per event.&nbsp; For example, you may compete in U16 Triple Jump or U18 Triple Jump.</li><li>U18 athletes aged 16 or 17 as at 31 December 2025, may choose to compete in U18 and/or U20 per event.</li><li>U20 athletes aged 18 or 19 as at 31 December 2025, may choose to compete in U20 and/or Senior per event.&nbsp;</li></ul>Entry StandardsTo view the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://athletics.org.nz/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/2025-NZ-TF-Champs-Entry-Standards.pdf">entry standards click here</a>.
