The program helps participants build confidence, practical skills, and awareness in and around the water, so you can continue to enjoy aquatic activities safely and with peace of mind.Through relaxed, supportive sessions, participants will learn about:<ul><li>Active supervision and personal safety</li><li>Recognising common aquatic hazards</li><li>Understanding water safety signage</li><li>Simple, low-risk rescue techniques</li><li>How to respond calmly and appropriately in an emergency</li></ul>Whether you’re returning to the water after some time away, enjoy regular aquatic recreation, or simply want to feel more confident around pools or waterways, this program is designed to meet you where you are.All activities are adapted to suit different abilities, with an emphasis on safety, confidence and enjoyment.Because staying safe around water should always feel achievable, and because everyone deserves to enjoy the water safely.
