Harbour Volleyball Beach IPC Trials 2025

North Harbour Volleyball Age Group Beach Inter-Provincial Championships & Trials

North Harbour Volleyball will be competing in the Age Group Beach Inter - Provincial Championships from Tuesday 14 January 2025 - Thursday 16 January, 2025 at Mount Maunganui Main Beach.

We will be taking athletes both female and male to compete in both age brackets U17 & U19. Please read all information below as this registration for Beach IPC trials has all relevant info for both the trials and beach IPC.

Due to logistical constraints we will be taking limited team entries this year. We will only be taking 8 teams per grade - 32 teams total - 64 individuals, this year.

More information including cost for IPC etc. will be provided to athletes after being selected to represent North Harbour.

Beach IPC Trials

Players will register as individuals and not as partners all partners will be paired by North Harbour coaches. Once partners have been paired these pairings will remain there will be no partner changing. Only under sickness, injury, or the inability to make the tournament will partner changes be considered.

Trial Date: Sunday 20 October, 2024

Venue: Harbour Beach Volleyball Centre - 65 Maxwelton Drive, Mairangi Bay

Trial Fee: To trial there is a $10.00 fee, this must be paid before or at trials (Cash or eftpos).

Age: Trials are open to all athletes in the U17 & U19 age bracket:

Under 17 -  Athletes cannot turn 17 in 2025

Under 19 - Athletes cannot turn 19 in 2025

U17 & U19 Girls:

9.00 AM - Registrations

9.15 AM - Warm Up

9.45AM - 12.45 PM - Trial Period

U17 & U19 Boys:

12.45 PM - Registrations

1.00 PM - Warm Up

1.30 PM - 4.30 PM - Trial Period

Athlete Code of Conduct

Attached to this registration form is the North Harbour Volleyball Athlete Code of Conduct - please ensure you read through this document. All those athletes that register to trial for Beach IPC will be agreeing to the terms and conditions in this document and will be expected to abide to these terms and conditions whilst participating in any associated North Harbour Volleyball Beach IPC events, this includes but is not limited to, trials, trainings, tournaments - all those who fail to register prior to trials will be asked to sign a copy of the athlete code of conduct at trials. Those athletes who do not sign a copy or fail to uphold the code of conduct will no longer be participating with North Harbour Volleyball Association's Beach IPC Campaign.

Selection, Beach IPC Camp & Harbour Age Group Champs: 

Upon selection into the Harbour Volleyball Age Group Beach IPC squad you will be sent a email with further information regarding cost, uniform, and other necessary information. It is encouraged that you involve yourself in as many opportunities in the lead up to Beach IPC - if you are wanting coaching please don't hesitate to contact our coaches. 

It is mandatory that you compete in the North Harbour Age Group Championships on Saturday  30 November, 2024 at the Harbour Beach Volleyball Centre as a part of the Beach IPC squad. This will be an opportunity for all athletes to get in some tournament experience before heading to Mount Maunganui - you will receive coaching on the day from our Beach IPC coaches.
