Once you have signed in,&nbsp; on the lefthand side click courses &gt;&gt; scroll down and find safeguarding or alternatively search up safeguarding and enrol yourself in the course.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Once you have completed the course, you can download a copy of your certificate by clicking your profile (initials) in the right-hand corner &gt;&gt; my profile &gt;&gt; achievements.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Please email the safeguarding certificate to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="mailto:membership@athletics.org.nz">membership@athletics.org.nz</a></li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Police Vetting<ul><li>The process is that someone who needs to be vetted, gets in touch with an ID verifier: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://athletics.org.nz/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/CORRECT-Identification-Verifiers-for-Police-Vetting-Dec-2025.pdf">https://athletics.org.nz/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/CORRECT-Identification-Verifiers-for-Police-Vetting-Dec-2025.pdf</a> and shows them one of the Primary forms of ID and one of the Secondary forms of ID.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>The ID verifier then fills in a form on GameDay, noting the applicant’s name and ID details.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>I receive the applications and, will then submit them to the police for vetting. I will update the Gameday profile to let you know that the vetting is underway – the profile will show the police vetting under accreditations, but the document will be unverified.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>When ANZ get the results back, I will update the person’s GameDay profile to verify the document under accreditations.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;If you Police Vetted and have valid Safeguarding added as accreditations on your GameDay profile and are still experiencing issues with registering, please email <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="mailto:membership@athletics.org.nz">membership@athletics.org.nz</a>
