Coaching Athletic Development (CAD) Level 1 modules introduce new and inexperienced coaches to fundamental aspects of athletics events including technique, coaching support, cues and event rules. A indication of modules held each day:Day 1 (12-4:30pm) - Sprints, High Jump, Long Jump (Distance running if time permits)Day 2 (10am-12pm) - Shot Put, Discus (Javelin if time permits)While aimed at new coaches, any and all coaches are welcome to attend!
