The tracks are a combination of off road multi terrain and trails.Good cross country footwear should be considered&nbsp; preparing for these events.&nbsp;Please be made aware that a reasonable degree of fitness is required to attempt this Marathon due to often high temperatures, humidity &amp; changing elevations.&nbsp;
