• 6-Week Programmes: For Primary, Secondary, and TY students — adaptable for schools and clubs.

• Teaser Sessions (2–3 sessions): Perfect for introducing handball at all levels.

• Long-Term Engagement: How to plan a season-long afterschool programme to keep players active and involved.
