MBSLSC members will benefit from an effective program, focusing on both, technique and fitness training. Ideal for Rookies to meet their 200m pre-requisite time and future bronze course, Pool Champs&nbsp;training&nbsp;and all members/parents for Summer/Winter Competition and general fitness.&nbsp;Ideal for Lifeguards, Pool Champs training, Bronze Course Candidates and any member for cross training and general fitness. &nbsp;<h3>Our Swim Squad Payments are termly only.
