Minda - Multicultural Aquatic Pathway

This 18-month initiative offers participants water safety education, swimming lessons, and CPR and First Aid training, providing them with crucial lifesaving skills. In Stage 2, participants will receive accredited training as Swim Teachers and Pool Lifeguards, offering a holistic pathway into the Aquatic Industry and leading to employment opportunities and professional development. This program will run at various locations across the Adelaide Metro area, targeting 375 participants and impacting thousands of South Australians by tailoring the programs to cultural needs and norms.

Duration: 5 weeks

Dates: Every Saturday from 1st March to 29th March 2025

Lesson time: 3:00-3:45pm; 4:00-4:45pm; 5:00-5:45pm

Locations: Minda Aquatic Centre, Walsh St, North Brighton SA 5048

Age Requirements: 18-64
