Northern Region Junior Pool Rescue Royale

Northern Region Junior Pool Rescue Royale - Sunday 29th June 2025

Participants will be placed into teams which will be coached by an assigned coach in the following events.

Events:
Fins Relay: Participants swim 25 meters with fins in a relay format.

Tube Rescue: Patient swims 25 meters & puts hand up to then be rescued

Patient Tow Relay:Tube rescue relay including towing patients

Obstacles Relay: Participants swim 25 meters under one obstacle in a relay format.

All in relay: Participants swim a mixture of 25 meters with or without fins.
