Join Little Athletics NSW for a day of fun and excitement and athletic skills development.

Perfect opportunity to gain additional coaching tips before Region Championships, give athletics a go or just to keep the kids busy during the holidays.

Registration is open for U8 - U17s (non little athletic members are welcome to come try)

3 experienced coaches including High Performance Throws Coach Ernie Shankelton.

The athletes will rotate between events.

Events

U8's-U10's - Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump and Sprints

U11's - U12's  - Shot put, Discus, Long Jump, and Sprints/Hurdles

U13 - U17's - Shot put, Discus, Long Jump, and Sprints/Hurdles

Ages are of the 2023/24 season

Little Athletics NSW reserves the right to cancel and alter the event as required.
