Run Jump Throw Educators Course - 10AM – 2.30PM
The "Coaching Coaches: Run Jump Throw Fundamentals" event is designed to equip coaches with the skills and knowledge to deliver the Run Jump Throw program effectively, while fostering an inclusive environment for all participants. The workshop covers the fundamentals of teaching athletic skills to tamariki (children), including running, jumping, and throwing techniques.
CAD Level 1 Coaching Certificate - 9.30AM TO 3PM
Throws – Shot Put & Discus; Jumps – High Jump and Long Jump; Sprints (All 5 modules on rotation)
