2025 Scone Junior Polo School
The Scone Junior Polo School is a highly anticipated event that takes place during the September school holidays, kicking off on Monday, September 29. This school is considered a significant highlight for Junior Polo in NSW, attracting over 50 kids annually from all over Australia and New Zealand, to participate in the clinic. The program is overseen by various well-known Australian representative Polo players and Coaches, including Anto White, Jack Archibald and Alec White.
The schedule for this year's event remains consistent with previous years. The first day will commence at 9:30 am with an introductory session held in the shed. Children will be grouped based on their skill levels, where coaches will lead skills training sessions. Over the following days, the kids will engage in morning drills with their assigned coaches and play coached chukkas and games during the afternoons.
To enroll in the School, children must be a minimum of 10 years old and proficient riders who feel comfortable on horseback. Kids are advised to bring packed lunches and drinks daily; however, morning and afternoon tea will be provided throughout all three days of activities.
