The camp is designed as a complete two-day experience and includes testing, practical coaching sessions and education components across both days.What should I bring?Athletes should bring training gear, appropriate footwear, a drink bottle, snacks and anything else they need to be prepared for training or workshops.Will I receive my testing results?Yes. All registered athletes will receive an Individual Performance Development Report within 2 weeks of the camp concluding.Can my coach attend?Absolutely. Coaches are encouraged to attend and participate in the learning opportunities provided throughout the camp.
