2024 Race Walking Judges Seminar

Program Inclusions

In conjunction with the Racewalking Australian Championships. our friends at the Victorian Racewalking Club (VRWC) will be hosting a walk judges seminar.

The event will be hosted at Lakeside Stadium on Saturday 24th August in the Cathy Freeman Room. Volunteers from all levels of athletics have been invited to participate in their choice of up to two sessions to be offered on the day.

Session 1 (10am - 12noon)

• Rules of racewalking, including judging all age groups from Little Athletics to Seniors.

• How to operate a penalty zone (Seniors applicable only)

Session 2 (1pm - 3pm)

• How to complete relevant racewalking paperwork, including master sheets.

Cost

Both sessions are free for all participants.
