Payment: Payment of fees is required to complete registration.

Club Equipment: The cost of replacing equipment given to you during the winter training period will be passed on to you in the event that equipment are not returned by the end of the winter training period

The Privacy Act 1993: Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, if you are an individual, you have the right to see and correct personal information about you held by the Club. The North Shore City Baseball Club Incorporated (the Club) will ensure that information about you is protected by safeguards as required by the Privacy Act 1993.  No member of the Club will disclose this information to any person, except for the purposes described below or as authorised by you or when required or authorised by law. The information the Club holds will be used primarily to administer the Club.  In particular, this may involve the Club sharing information with Baseball New Zealand and the Auckland Baseball Association Incorporated.  The information may also disclosed to other members of the Club for the purpose of furthering the relationship between you and the Club.

Medical Statement: The Club will, with their best endeavours, present a professional and safe baseball programme, but accept no responsibility for any personal accident, damage, or injury to the public (including to the player) which is solely at the risk of the player. In case of a medical emergency, I hereby authorise the Club or a representative of the Club to seek the necessary treatment by emergency personnel (physician, emergency clinic, St Johns, nurse or first aider)
