A non-accredited offering, the Introduction to Starting program will teach participants about the start process and how it is conducted in Little Athletics environments, with a particular emphasis on Centre level.The program will be delivered in a short, two-hour format, and is ideal for those who may be asked to assist in week-to-week competition, and/or committee members looking to expand their knowledge of conducting track and field events in a modified, Little Athletics environment.Program Inclusions:<ul><li>Participant’s Handbook PDF,</li><li>Centre Officiating handbook,</li><li> Certificate of completion (Emailed following successful completion of program), and Other, additional handouts.</li></ul>Participants will attend a face-to-face training day where they will be taken through a site walkaround and a walk-through of the starting process as it is conducted at Little Athletics Victoria.BYO LunchDuration:&nbsp;10.00am – 12.00noon (Unless otherwise stated)Cost:&nbsp;There is no cost to participate in an Introduction to Starting training session.Registrations Close:&nbsp;&nbsp;Wednesday prior to the course&nbsp;11.59pm unless capacity reached prior.Registration Limit:&nbsp;Each training day is limited to the&nbsp;first&nbsp;15 registrations, or 30&nbsp;where a second facilitator can be arranged.The minimum age is 16&nbsp;at the time of delivery, or 18 where a Centre uses a cap-gun.
